The Yard's Bessie Schönberg Residency showcases the work of some of the most exciting emerging and established artists, selected fom an international pool of applicants. This year, two of New York's hottest youngsters, Greg Dolbashian and Yara Travieso, share the program with Colombian choreographer and installation artist Ximena Garnica, and veteran Marta Renzi. The program will include a new community-based piece by Renzi, recipient of the first Dancing in the Streets award as "a fearless explorer of all manner of unconventional sites, integrating art into everyday life."
