Free Saturday Family Matinees All Summer
The Yard’s weekly Saturday matinees are interactive guided tours of each week’s festival program.  Fun for audiences of all ages, they feature excerpts from the weekend’s show performed by The Yard’s world-call festival artists.   For a complete season schedule, see our schedule of performances.

Choreographer Marta Renzi, recipient of the first Dancing in the Streets award as "a fearless explorer of all manner of unconventional sites, integrating art into everyday life," joins us for this year's Multi-generational Performance Project.  Participants will rehearse and perform alongside professional Yard residency dancers in a new piece created as part of the Bessie Schönberg Choreographers’ Residency.  Participants must be available for a variable schedule of rehearsals in September.
